For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.If you wish to return or replace an item, you can complete the returns section on the invoice and return it to us. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number.

Before enjoying easy return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned items should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns of right order package; you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days of the original order date. Please contact us with your tracking number of your order. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a return and place a new order for the style you prefer.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges; you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. The main point is we don't accept items are used and even worn.
